We are so sorry for this delay. After reviewing your order it looks like a small error in the address has caused the delay. USPS has made an attempt to deliver but the error in the address prevents it. Please reach out to your local post office and they may be able to fix the error and deliver your package.

“I received my brushes, was very excited to start using them! There were quite a few fibers that came out the first time I used them... which sucks. I thought they were made better than that. I was also really confused because I had bought a brush prior to the set, and comparing the two colors of the handles, the periwinkle blue, the new brushes were more lavender than blue like my old brush. Overall, they are easy to use and do a great job applying makeup in different creams, powders and liquids, but I was just really dumbfounded about the other issues of fibers coming out and difference in color.”
