“it's great when you receive your package, it's a headache when you lost/someone stole your package, and the insurance company route makes it more difficult. If i did not file a claim in UPS, i won't even get an email back from route, Now a police report is needed, already filed a police report and just waiting for the outcome... this is so upsetting. honestly. i did love luxie, and this is the first time i had a problem with them and is not handled well by route, if route is an option for your packages don't waste your money, it causes more problem for situation like this. Luxie replied to me immediately though but since i have the route, route took over.”

I recently ordered the pro brushes during a sale and they are comparable to some of the more expensive brands, but with a fraction of the cost. “I picked some of the Pro tools face brushes. I have to say they were really great. The brushes make applying my makeup flawless. I love the handles which make them easy to hold and use. I have to say since I bought individual brushes the packaging wasn’t very nice but it didn’t take away from how good the brushes are. I already had eye brushes and the face ones did not disappoint. They came super fast as well.”
