“Be aware! This company have been charging me for 8.95 euros each month and I did not notice it until today. I did not even know what Luxplus was about until I did not open their website. I checked up my e-mail for past orders and it turned out that I have bought only one thing in the past, during the last year. However, I ordered through my phone using company's mobile website which NEVER ever asked for my permission for this membership, NOR did ever the bank asked me to authorize it (which I have to do first in order for company to start taking money). This Luxplus just forcefully took money out from my account without any permission. DISAPPOINTED! Luxplus is a complete fraud.”

“Mijn dochter (14 jr) was "per ongeluk" lid geworden van luxplus na een bestelling. We hebben binnen de eerste maand opgezegd voordat er een betalingsverplichting bestond voor het abonnement. In augustus ik. Kregen we daar ook een bevestiging van. Nu toch ( half november) een automatische incasso gekregen voor het niet bestaande abonnement. Lieve Anna en beste Yannick, is dit nu gewoon proberen toch te kunnen cashen? Uiteraard hebben we de afschrijving gestorneerd! Noem het zo je wil, ik geloof in ieder geval niet in een foutje maar ervaar dit als oplichting. Wees gewaarschuwd! Doe geen zaken met luxplus.”

They send a generic email explaining there fraud is legal. How on earth do companies like this get away with it. They compared themselves to Netflix and spotify. I don’t think so luxus, don’t tar reputable companies with your practice. You are not like Netflix or spotify, they make it very clear what you sign up for! I just bought a bottle of perfume and unknowingly have be funding you 8:99 a month and you will not refund me! It’s heartbreaking and disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Anyone working there... how do you sleep at night knowing how many people you are scamming daily???”
