“I paid £7 to have my order delivered on a specific day because I need it for a wedding, the order never showed up On this day, when I emailed luxury legs I was informed that I would be refunded my postage due to this, but I never received the refund”

We had been in communication with the customer with regards to this delayed delivery and a refund has been processed, however, it does take around 2-3 days for the refund to show into the account.

“I purchased the Spanx Thinstincts Shorts I am a size12 so I bought the medium . I usually wear a much cheaper version of tummy control . Spanx are truly amazing . Very comfortable. Doesn’t feel like you are wearing any sort of tummy control . So very pleased with my purchase . Speedy delivery service”
