This order just it got returned back to us on the 28th of November, this will be checked by the returns department and a refund will be processed according to our terms and condition within 10 days.

Customer never been in touch with regards this delivery. According to the tracking number Royal Mail attempted a few times to deliver this order however none in , we have rescheduled this delivery for tomorrow.We are keeping an eye on this delivery.

“Item shown as delivered. I was not in so it was probably left at the flat entrance and lost or stolen, I’ve not received my item. I emailed them still waiting for them to sort it out. I needed the leggings by the end of the month. Either resend or refund, it was not a cheap item! I won’t be using this website anymore. Don’t recommend.”
