“I have yet to receive my parcel and it’s past the function I needed it for so I will be returning it when it arrives Your carriers keep sending me emails to say it’s ready to pick up but when I track it they have been unable to deliver to the parcel shop! Very frustrating”

“Very quick dispatch and very nicely packed. Unfortunately DHL let them down with the delivery, but have to say, Gemma in the customer services was amazing and did everything she could to track and keep me updated. They even offered to send out another set of items, which arrived next day.”
