“I have 4 other robes, most of which were way more expensive than this one, but this one is by far my favorite. It’s so soft and comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“The kimono robe was great, softer inside than I initially anticipated. The customer service, however, exceeded my expectations. I was worried about shipping in time for my anniversary and they responded in a timely manner and rusher my order to meet my date. I can recommend them for the product quality and the customer service.”

“I’m so pleased with the robes! They arrived beautifully packaged and are more luxurious than I had anticipated. On top of that, I wanted to make a change on my monogram after placing the order. The team working on my monograms were prompt in responding and initiated with me and exchanged emails back and forth to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Excellent service and product!”

“I bought a similar robe at a very high-end Hotel over 10 years ago. It finally wore out and have been trying to replace it ever since. These are a very close match and actually more comfortable. We are very pleased and the service has been exemplary”

“I ordered the Classic Terry Cloth Spa Rome in Pacific Blue for our entire family. We worked directly with Kelly to replicate a custom family specific design to embroider on each robe. Kelly was amazingly responsive, produced a few different options for our review, gave us tips on coloring and spacing and kept us on track so we would get the custom robes in time for the holidays. The robes arrived timely and were beautifully embroidered. We ordered XLs for the boys and Ls for the girls as we wanted them to be oversized and comfy and that worked out perfectly. We could not be more pleased with the product and the customer service. We will absolutely order again in the future.”

“The 2 robes I ordered are a wedding gift. I mistakenly put my own shipping address instead of the Bride and Groom's so I got to see the amazing quality of these beautiful robes. The monogramming looks great and the fabrics are just buttery soft (already!)--I think I will be splurging to by myself and MY hubby one of these too!! The only problem is what colors should I pick for us??”
