10 days since I ordered. No product in sight, tracking number is useless, it shows it is languishing at a place miles from here, and customer service apologizes, but they won’t be there until 6 am tomorrow. Looks like I am out $60 dollars…..my fault for falling for an Instagram post. If I could rate this a ZERO, abysmal, I would do so. The mechanism for refund or replacement is impossible to navigate! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
