“Luxy Hair Extensions are incredibly cheap and bad quality. I was GREATLY surprised as I had spent so much time investigating the experience of others. The extensions feel, look and smell as if it's fake hair. Very much like a synthetic wig you would get for Halloween. It's way too shiny and absolutely does not feel like remy hair. Before changing my color, I used Hidden Crown which is by FAR superior quality to Luxy. As well as Halo Couture. Do not waste your money!!!”

“I love the product and the packaging but the color match was way off. When I went to return it for a different color I was advised that it could not be returned which surprised me because that was one of the selling features of buying from Luxy. I did three things to select my color: 1) I based it on eye, 2) I asked my stylist, and 3) I did the virtual match with a recent photo. All three methods produced the same color but when I received my two products the color was not a good match with my actual hair. My stylist did a bit of color work with it so that it is a better match but still not quite great. I still love the product and likely best for women with a more standard color blond or brown hair.”

“I was hesitant about the Halo extensions, but they look amazing! My hair is just past my shoulders and on the thin side. The halo is way thicker than I could have imagined and I was nervous it was too much, but it looks beautiful in and the color match is spot on!”

“I’ve been buying these extensions for 4 years now and I have to say that every new pair that i buy the quality gets worse and worse… my very first pair was in 2019 and they last me one year and now after 3 months I can feel that the hair gets damaged more quickly and the hair feels horrible and I don’t use them every day… I use them like one or twice a week or even every two weeks… so I think they lower their quality on the hair and that’s bad because they keep rising their prices.”

“I’ve been using clip in hair extensions for 10+ years and Luxy is by far the BEST company out there. The quality is SO nice the hair feels like silk and for me personally getting the volume bundle helps me blend easier into my fine hair giving me that extra volume and length I desperately need! The shipping is fast I never wait longer than 5 days to receive my order (at most). The customer service is always extraordinary. I will continue to purchase more sets in the future 🥰”

“They always have great customer service and super responsive. I have 4 other sets depending if I want to go lighter or darker and play up my highlights or low lights. Neutral Brown Balayage is such a beautiful shade and matches my hair absolutely perfectly. I have very thin hair so I don’t use all of the clips which makes me feel like I get 2 sets in 1. “I love my extensions, the blend is beautiful and I have shoulder/collarbone length hair with some over grown layers. It takes a lil experimenting to blend them and I’m also taking them to a stylist to have them cut to make the blend even better :) They do tangle a bit throughout the day but I just carry a brush with my and oil them after I wear them. Having long hair has boosted my confidence so much, so many people have stopped me to compliment me on my hair since getting my extensions ❤️ I included a picture of my hair without them for reference, also all the hair styles I’ve done with my new hair (braids, ponytails, and just down)”

“I'm so happy I found Luxy Hair extensions before my wedding! I have very thin hair and decided to lean into my natural gray a few years ago. I was very disappointed with other silver extensions I tried because they were synthetic and looked and felt fake. Luxy Hair extensions are amazing and matched my natural color perfectly! I am not really into hair and makeup, but after watching the tutorial videos and a few practice sessions, I was able to do my own hair for my wedding day, which saved me a ton of money. Thank you for helping me feel beautiful on my special day!”

“I really like my dark gray ponytail. The color of the ponytail hair and texture matches my hair very well. I have textured hair, therefore, I blow dry and flatiron my hair when wearing it. The one thing I don't like is the velcro on the part of the ponytail that wraps...it has a tendency to get caught on both the ponytail hair and mine...I suggest a different type of material to ensure that the hair doesn’t break or come out. Overall Luxy’s products and customer service are wonderful!”
