Been shopping Luxy hair for over 6 yrs now and I’ve always loved your products and quality. I’ve noticed through the years the product is not as high quality and corners are being taken - for example I received my new order today and there were only 2 strings for my halo… both sized extra large? I’m not sure what I’m supposed to with an extra large? Only because I have purchased many times before I had a back up of past order strings but this is the kind of lack of attention, cutting corners I’ve noticed over the years.

Used to love these extensions. 260g of Hair was a steal as a thick haired girl. Ordered from this company at least 6 times since 2020, even used them for my wedding. The “voluminizing” set is no longer a thing so I ordered the thick hair setting, and the ends are so stringy. I wish I could return them but I’ve trusted this company so much that I opened my packages without a second thought. I’ve been a loyal customer and am unhappy with the quality this time around. 10/10 would not recommend.

I have bought Luxy extensions for over 6 years but this ponytail would not stay on my hair even after Bobby pins, and barrettes to help secure it! It has been super disappointing because these ponytails are quite expensive to not be able to wear without fear of it sliding off makes it a complete waste for me. I’ve had these ponytails before and this is the worst one yet! All the Luxy clip in extensions are great, but the ponytails seem to be way more secure if the netting wasn’t so wide and thick for a 16 inch ponytail! May possibly be better if it were made with a claw clip instead.

I purchased the 12" Dimensional Natural Blonde Thinning Hair Fill-Ins; the color is an outstanding match to my own and the hair quality is okay. I was so excited to try these because my natural hair is really thin and fine and I thought I'd finally found some extensions where the weft wouldn't show. Unfortunately, that's not the case with these, which still show. Highly disappointed.

The small hair piece they gave to try before you open the box matched my hair but the hair piece inside did not. It was extremely yellow and straw looking. I tried to color correct with a salon shampoo and conditioner and the hair turned blue. Does not look natural and looks like a cheap wig.

I’ve not even worn this hair out because it’s so thin and frizzy straight out the box. I read a lot of reviews and prayed that I didn’t get hair that was like the bad reviews and I did. If I could return it I would. Please don’t buy from Lucy there quality is not what they show online.

The bangs I received are very different from the sample piece of hair I had to buy to match my color. It’s very shiny and feels like plastic. This cannot be real hair or even semi real hair. It comes parted down the middle and impossible to make it a side part. The positive thing is it matches my hair color which doesn’t matter now because I can not wear this piece. Very disappointed and unable to return after you break the seal to reveal the bangs itself. This is a true and honest review.

First time ordering hair extension and I was so excited.But I realized when it arrives that the brown all have too much red in it even though it staes ash in the color. Ash should be cool neutral brown, not reddish so I had to return the product.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but because of the price point I have to tell my experience. I have never worn extensions before and did a lot of research. I decided to try Luxy Hair because of their great reviews. I received my hair pretty quickly but it went downhill from there. The tester weft wasn’t enough for me to tell that the rest of the hair wasn’t good quality. The hair shed immediately and wasn’t the luxurious hair I saw in pictures and heard many great things about. Since you can’t return after opening I am left feeling pretty upset but mostly it’s made me not love the journey of finding quality hair products. I know that others have had great experiences and I could’ve just gotten a bad batch. But overall I am very unhappy with my purchase.

I wrote a review about this already. But here I’ll be able to upload a photo. I want to start by saying that I do LOVE luxy hair extensions. I have been buying them for years now. I alway got the seamless clip ins. This past year my hair has been going through a transformation. Falling out from my pregnancies. And growing grey in my roots. I reached out to work with a hair consultant on here. I sent the photos of my hair at every possible way. The lady was so nice but asked me about halos. I had never tried them and was skeptical. I wish I would have went with my gut. I should have used her recommendation for the color but not the type. This does NOT blend with my hair at all. I should have known. How can one row blend with an entire head. As you can see in the photos it is very obvious where my hair is and where the extension is. I even tried using the two extra wefts to blend the back. But then that makes the front awkward. I wasted so much more money on this halo than I would have if I would have just stuck to what I know.

First off, I just want to say how extremely disappointed I am with the quality of your hair extensions. They are TERRIBLE quality and you sell them for such an insane high price for what you get. Your prices should give good quality extensions but your extensions are SO BAD. You are literally robbing people and stealing their money. I’ve been purchasing hair extensions from Amazon. Because I have found really nice ones on there from time to time. But I wanted to get better quality extensions as the Amazon ones I found started to tangle really easily over the years and they would break off at the ends when you brush them. So I ordered from your website. TELL ME…….. WHY ARE THESE EXTENSIONS JUST AS HORRIBLE!??!!?? Your extensions cost me over $450 Canadian dollars, And they are just as bad as the Amazon ones!!!!!!! I have gotten 3 weeks of wear from your extensions, and they tangle and they break. And I am being so careful with them. Your extensions are absolutely awful, and I will NEVER purchase another set from you and I will tell other people how terrible your extensions are. These cost me over $450 CAD. And I feel like I have been ripped off! Your extensions SUCK! I want a full refund and if you refuse the refund, I will tell not only my friends about your crappy extensions, but I will be posting online as well. I know there are a lot of girls looking and always wanting extensions, so if you can’t refund someone for giving them TERRIBLE extensions, then you don’t deserve to have another customer ever again in the future. This is such a rip off!!!!!

Hair is extremely thin. I contact them for support and they are now having me measure the hair and weigh it. You should not be okay with paying almost 400$ for this. Not exaggerating here but hair is ridiculously thin from the middle and down. I have thin hair and always bought the thickest set either way. This should be even more than what I used to buy in grams. And it still wouldn’t help someone with thin hair. Very disappointing. Also, don’t waist your time. They respond to emails as if they will help, but even after expressing that I want the set they are claiming to have it literally doesn’t matter if one hair strand reaches 24 in. They will then have their reason to not resolve

10 days since I ordered. No product in sight, tracking number is useless, it shows it is languishing at a place miles from here, and customer service apologizes, but they won’t be there until 6 am tomorrow. Looks like I am out $60 dollars…..my fault for falling for an Instagram post. If I could rate this a ZERO, abysmal, I would do so. The mechanism for refund or replacement is impossible to navigate! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

The Luxy hair I received was terrible quality and riddled with split ends. I sent them photos of the hair comprised of easily 50% split ends and they point blank said that it was up to their standard. Garbage quality, garbage customer service.

Luxy Hair Extensions are incredibly cheap and bad quality. I was GREATLY surprised as I had spent so much time investigating the experience of others. The extensions feel, look and smell as if it's fake hair. Very much like a synthetic wig you would get for Halloween. It's way too shiny and absolutely does not feel like remy hair. Before changing my color, I used Hidden Crown which is by FAR superior quality to Luxy. As well as Halo Couture. Do not waste your money!!!
