“ I have been an avid LyfeFuel customer for a couple years now. It all started when I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and was looking for something that had more complete nutrition to make up for what my own body was robbing me of...and that's when I researched and found the meal replacement shake! I have replaced all my weekly lunches with the shake and have never felt better! I did a taste test with all sorts of milks to include almond milk and funny enough mix it with Fairlife chocolate milk and it is nice and milkshake-like creamy consistency and tastes like I'm eating a dessert. Now, I'm not drinking it to lose weight but even with the chocolate milk mix in it keeps me at a very healthy and stable weight and my Crohn's symptoms in check while getting me excellent nutrition! Can't beat that!!! I even started taking the mushroom supplement bundle over a year ago and never go without 2 capsules each of the Vitality and Clarity in the morning and 2 capsules each of Calm and Balance at night. “ Good, quality product. I stopped having a belly ache after I had a scoop of the Essential Shake mixed with a glass of water. I have no issue with the taste but it can be repulsive for some people. The fat content is low for the Shake but it's understandable since it's plant-based. I just wished it could be higher so I don't have to eat some other snacks to meet my body's fatty needs. Customer Service is helpful and responsive. ”
