“The first thing was the smiling young lady at reception who told us where to go and help ourselves to tea or coffee. The nurse who took me up in the lift was very friendly and calmed any apprehension I had. The surgeon introduced herself and I was escorted to the operation surgery. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and fresh. The operation went smoothly and soon I was taken into recovery and had a very welcome cup of tea. I cannot speak too highly of the staff. Definitely five stars.”
