“Was impressed with the initial assessment with Callum. Rest of the experience felt poor. Felt I was given a lesser experience because I was using Bupa. Turned up to my 1st physio and it felt like it was a surprise I was there and the physio had no idea of my problem or any sort of plan. Appointments often felt rushed and after a series of appointments I was still non the wiser to what the problem was. I was promised big things at the initial assessment and none of this materialised. I was told the physio would be an expert on running and would be able to recommend exact brands of shoes ect all I got was vague general advice. I appreciate sports injury’s are not an exact science but I expected better after the initial assessment. Would not recommend the practice.”
