I ordered shoes, never received a receipt or any information about my order. One day some shoes arrived from Spain, 2 pairs, one pair not what I had ordered, and there is no way to track an order or return it. Buyer beware.

I recently had an experience with Lyst, which led me to their partner company, Cettire, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others considering using these services. My interaction with Cettire was far from satisfactory; it was an extremely time-consuming and stressful process. The customer service I encountered was subpar, and I found their practices to be highly questionable, which left me feeling misled and frustrated. What concerns me the most is that Lyst, a platform I trusted, directed me to a company that, in my experience, did not uphold the same standards of customer care and transparency. This has significantly diminished my trust in Lyst's vetting process for their partners. I would urge potential customers to be cautious and do thorough research before engaging with services recommended by Lyst, particularly Cettire. Based on my experience, which was far from what I expected, I would recommend exploring other options before using these platforms.

I have very bad experience with you I have ordered one pair of shoe it is not available in stock . But you people charge it from my card . I have emailed you again and again for refund my amount but there is not any response from your side I have provided bank account proof of this transaction. Please help it out thanks

Didn't suply tickets and blames seller and was meant to get a refund in 5 to 7 days and I am still waiting 3 week on and there phone number does not work

Have yet to get a confirmation or tracking order number for my shipment. I don't know when order is coming or where it's at. It's been 5 days and no order info.

Terrible. The order that was supposed to be delivered in 24-48 hours is still on the way in the country of origin. Customer service could only provide some lame excuses and useless suggestions. Would not recommend. Will not use Lyst again.

I'm not happy with my purchase It was my first time buying from you and your return policy not acceptable When I wanted to purchase a $1000 jacket it says it's free for return So I bought it but when the jacket delivered it's not as good as I expectation And the style was not as described on website so I decide to return it for refund But it says we can not give you a refund ??!! and we give you a store credit instead Which doesn't work for me at all, so disappointed and very unsatisfied

I was very happy to receive the ONE handbag I ordered, I thought I was getting 3 of the same because I receive multiple receipts. The bag arrived all dented, and creased. I’m not even sure it wasn’t pre-owned. Disappointing at this price point.
