I sent through Lyst to order a bag and was transferred to Cettire. i ordered the bag,they accepted my money and I never heard from them again! I had to keep asking Lyst where my bag was. After SEVERAL emails from different customer service agents my money was refunded to my account. In my opinion as a courtesy for the outrageous inconvenience I feel the bag should be sent to me as a gift!!!!! Your inability to solve this issue was time consuming and I had to prove my order to at least 4 people. Thank you Deborah D’Anna

Hi I been trying to cancel my order because I’ve put my wrong address!! And was asking for refund back so that I can reorder the item that money I tried to contact you guys still no help ! I’ll plz like my refund so I can place a new order

I'm still waiting to receive my refund from my order # 156529583 USPS return number#9202396343496221456167 since December 5 . I called many times, still no one fix my problem. This to me look like a fraud

Northsrom rack is down still. You can't order anything! Then it goes out of stock comes back in for a couple of days Northstom is always down. Can anybody Help? Not so far I want to order!!

Your suppliers are a lie, you are a lie and I have not opened your APP again because I lost my time looking for the shoes and it turns out that I found you at a good price and oh surprise that they did not cost what the advertising on your page said and / or Conclusion company made me waste my time and I will not open their application again, until they do not measure their shoes at $ 421. After accepting my order and then taking my payment I was advised that the item is no longer available at the price advertised, however I could re-order at the new price. Unfortunately, the item was no longer in stock and so this was not an option. If Lyst works closely with its retail partners (as they suggest they do) then surely they should know what is eligible for a further discount and what is not. Very disappointing.

This company is not reliable. Lyst shows one prise, but when I paid for my item the prise has increased about 20%.It is not right. I will not recommend the Lyst to my friends.

I placed an order on 7/12/20. It says 3-4 working days. Today is 14/12, still no news, no update from either Lyst or Spellsports! I’m starting to think of I’ve be cheated or is it a genuine website.

You have to follow up with your order multiple times and customer service team gets back to you really late. Your order is not confirmed when you purchase, then when it’s sent to the actual retailer, the credit card number is wrong. Your order then gets canceled and you get super delayed responses from Lyst not giving you any information or being of any help. Horrible experience.

Lyst advertised a 15% discount by using code LYST15, however, the merchant would not honor the discount. Lyst should not advertise that all its merchants will honor the discount!

Asked Customer services about size S/P.. I said I didn't want to buy it for XMAS and then find it doesn't fit ( S/P means is small / Petite.) .. its a mans parka .??? ....why put size S/P when NO MEASUREMENT in cms or inches ARE GIVEN
