Lyst was the only place I could find the jacket I was looking for. It arrived quickly and was exactly what we wanted. Lyst was the One place I could get this very coveted jacket. I will be back often.

I am new to Lyst, and I can't believe I just found out about them. I am a consumer that gets obsessed about finding items that are scarce. Lyst has helped me track down items that are "sold out" & sends me daily notifications about when they become available again. This is my new go to site! Love love love them!

This payment did not go through when I went through Lyst. I had to contact the retailer and pay through them. I hope I did not get double charged.

I placed an order and was charged. Then a few days later I was told that my order had been cancelled. Quite frustrating.

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your comments. I am so sorry to hear that your order could not be processed by the retailer and apologise for the inconvenience. Please be assured that your were not charged for this order and the money did not debit your account. In this instance a reserve was placed for the amount by your bank, however as the order failed this reserve was cancelled the day after your order was placed. I hope this helps explain. Shipping was very slow and charged you both ways. I get free shipping witH other websites. The Tumi bag I ordered was great however by the time I received it I was no longer interested in owning it.

I purchased an Andrew Marc jacket through Lyst. I had to return it as it was too small. Andrew Marc deducted a fee of $15 from my total purchase. At no point during the ordering or the return of this item was I notified that there would be a "stocking" fee. Bad customer service from Lyst.com and AndrewMarc.com.

Very disappointed I ordered a Cole Hasan bag and I was sent the wrong style. I returned the bag for an exchange and was told it would take up to 3 weeks even for a refund. Unacceptable

Even though i got the wrong order sent, shipping was fast!! N the sender called me the next day n is sending my correct order, as soon as this snow permits lol.

While Lyst has quality products, once you place your order you aren't provided enough information to track your order. You receive confirmation of your order from them & then you are left hanging waiting on supplier to fill your order & to communicate with you. I ordered a product on Thursday, today is Monday and I have heard nothing from supplier. Just beware when it shows 5 - 7 days that it starts once their supplier decided to process the order.
