This is and update my last review. Ruth from customer service contacted me in regards to the issue with my initial order. I was able to place a new order and the process was seamless with the help of customer service.

Opened an offer within the hour of it being sent. The price was incorrect. I sent an email to CS for help. After being asked for the link, which I sent, I was asked for a pix of the item. It went back and forth... This started on 11.18.21. Today, 11.22.21, I was told: All prices are set by the retailer, and as these prices do sometimes fluctuate on retailer's websites, unfortunately, Lyst is not always able to update our product page prices straight away. I'm very sorry about this and thank you for your understanding. This took 4 days...very disappointing. Judi Z

Advertised a jacket on sale. I placed my order and received confirmation only to receive another email saying technical issues. My order was cancelled an i was sent a link to purchase the item for full price. Sent emails to customer service still waiting on a response

I had bought a Jean and didn’t fit, the company that LYST ordered from were not responding to my phone calls or emails but when I sent an email to CHRIS from LYST he responded right away and communicated with me and he assure me he will take care of me, he is very professional and caring, he went out of his way to talk to his manger and convince to refund my money. I am very please with his service. Excellent gentleman.
