“Purchased the Holiday Joie slip on sneakers at an amazing price and they were were perfect! Shipping was quick too. FYI, these sneakers run a good 1/2 size to full size smaller than what you normally wear. I wear an 8 (sometimes a 7 1/2) and ordered the 8 1/2 which fit, maybe just a tiny bit snug at the toes, but not enough to get a 9.”

“I have been unable to exchange my purchase even though it has not letf the warehouse, when i called i was informed i can only exchange when my goods arw delivered to me to be honest this is a waste of time and shows ineffieciency on your side by not being able to amend a purchase even as soon as u purchase it, you should alllow customers to make amendments within a specified time after making a purchase which should not affect your return procedures, i hope to get a feedback for my complaint thanks”

“tried to check my order, just says denim trousers, size 31, wanted to make sure they were the high waist, etc, but no way to check, you should have a way of checking all the details of the purchase”

“I didn't like that Lyst does not take responsibility on when goods will be processed and will arrive. I mean if you are a catalogue or a re-seller and you sell good of other online shops through your shop - the responsibility should be on you. But in this case - I bought something that I thought I was buying from you - and in the end it turned out that it wasn't Lyst that sold me the package, and Lyst is not responsible for any delays and processing. Why the hell does Lyst exist then? One place to find everything? Ok, then maybe I found something that I need through Lyst - redirect me to the actual shop that sells it. Then I will know, that Lyst is not responsible and I'm dealing with something else.”
