i ordered mk bags from you and i waited more than a week to receive it , and when i received the bag , the bag was wrong item with different model and color you really make me angry from this service and they didnā€™t tell me i can changed or give me my money back šŸ‘ŽšŸ»šŸ‘ŽšŸ»šŸ‘ŽšŸ»

Items advertised are sold out on the merchantā€™s website. I contacted Lyst and reported it but NOTHING happened. I keep getting email notifications about that item on sale but itā€™s sold out.

To me, because the order was not delivered...but there is a defect in the service due to the long delivery time, very bad

The error is that there is no direct contact, there is no way to track the order, nor explain the method of delivery, nor the time period, and that the delivery is done so far
