So I returned an item and I told them to just give me store credit, now I am trying to purchase something and I can’t see my store credit. I asked to help and their reply is totally irrelevant. Not a good service

Dear Bruno is this a heavy coat? I got one of the same designer but just one layer and sort of a trench coat. Same design in a dark blue.

Lyst keeps sending me e mails almost every week telling me they have a wallet in stock and when I go on line the wallet is always sold out. This takes time and energy on my part and frankly I can't believe that every week they get the wallet back in and it's sold out when I click on the link right away. When complained to Lyst their answer to me was a no answer that basically told me I could unscribe. Ok, I am a customer and I will inscribe on Lyst's advice.

Tried to buy shoes from you but it was impossible. You would not allow me to purchase without an account, which was not allowing me to sit-up for. Very disappointed!

I have been checking your web site for months looking for the Pikolinos Irun MOE shoe in a size 9.5-11 (44). I made an inquiry to your customer care and the response was not very informative. I reminded me of the answer a politician would give to a reporter on a controversial issue....

Absolute joke of a company, I waited 13 days and heard nothing. Only after enquiring did they tell me my order had been cancelled as they were out of stock. I could've bought them from anywhere else had they told me sooner. Completely ruined a birthday. I beg you if you are reading this do not order from them. I will make sure everyone I know does the same.

Carl was absolutely fantastic. I asked him to sort out the link of a few goods that did not work. He replied immediately and within 2 minutes. He asked for some more details and as soon as I satisfied his request, he came back within an hour and with all the answers. A very efficient, kind and honest attitude, that guy has and I thanked him from the bottom of my heart.
