“I waited 3 weeks for my order, then emailed customer service. Took them an additional week to let me know the product is out of service and I would be refunded. I needed the dress for a wedding, so disappointing! They should have reached out to me, instead I waisted time trying to find out what happened. I won’t shop here again.”

“Lyst is convenient & offers excellent selection of designer products. Only wish there is a way to know if a product is in stock or not. I submitted an order which was cancelled and told to go directly to vendor site only to find out item in my size is no longer available, very disappointed :( But will use Lyst again.”

“Very happy with this agent company for multiple designer outlets , was a little worried at first , as there was a slight delay I miss calculated on time for the the e-mail for shipment , but contacted lyst , and they were very quick to reply to me , very polite and thorough ! I strongly recommend this company for honesty and reliability .”
