I purchased an item on their website for 273$, and the next day I saw 493$ charge in addition to the 273$. I tried to reach the company however no one helped. Just bad company and bad service!!! DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE IT'S A BIG SCAM!

I was very frustrated trying to get a hold of anyone who could tell me where the shirt was that I ordered for my son. I then got a number for LYST and they were very helpful. They gave me a contact number and said they would look into this too.

I’m trying to return a item that I bought from one of Lyst “Vitkac.com” and I already send 5 email and Lyst keep sending me emails and saying that Vitkac will contact me with my return details but Vitkac never contact me back and Lyst keep ignoring me. I don’t know how to return my item because Vitakc never send me email with my order number details. It is very sad how Lyst is behaving because I’m a client for years and I never had problem before.
