“The item advertised on Lyst was totally different from the item sold by YOOX. Let me start with the fabric content, Lyst advertised it as 100% cashmere, I received a garment that was 100% cotton. The cardigan on Lyst was sold as having a hood, the one I received had no hood. I received a item different from the description advertised.”

As your order was placed on Friday I can confirm it will arrive with you by the 27th. For future reference there are other shipping options available if you need an order in hurry. “Very impressed with the speed with which the goods arrived, but returning them was more difficult to organize. Had to call Hong Kong, who sent me an email about returning them via DHL which I found too difficult and had to ring DHL to get a pick up time.”

“Absolutely brilliant, had email confirmation that my order was passed on to Grifo210 the next day, then received email confirmation the day after that my item had been shipped, the day after that I'd received my order early morning! Excellent tracking service with dhl, very prompt delivery and fantastic that there is no delivery/shipping fee either, thank you lyst and grifo210!”

“I received my ankle boots but they are defective. Been worn you can tell by the soles. One boot is scuffed on side. Box arrived full of black markings frm leather, paper old n torn and goldtone bar on heels are badly tarnished. Will be returning. They are beautiful but not new.”

“Lyst is great if you know what you are looking for, you also need to be average size, as the range is not that extensive. I wish products were photographed on models. It is my favorite resource though.”
