I’m trying to return a item that I bought from one of Lyst “Vitkac.com” and I already send 5 email and Lyst keep sending me emails and saying that Vitkac will contact me with my return details but Vitkac never contact me back and Lyst keep ignoring me. I don’t know how to return my item because Vitakc never send me email with my order number details. It is very sad how Lyst is behaving because I’m a client for years and I never had problem before.

Advertised a jacket on sale. I placed my order and received confirmation only to receive another email saying technical issues. My order was cancelled an i was sent a link to purchase the item for full price. Sent emails to customer service still waiting on a response

Sent item but ut was too big, sent it back onbtge same day i received it. Tracked item by post andvtge warehiuse received the item a day later. Weeks on Lyst has still not refunded me, they continually send me thd same emails tellinb me tgey have mg item and within 48hrs-72hrs my money will be in my account! I am still waiting, think before you buy as you may not geg youf money back.

Site is a joke. Sent me a link to a page that is not even alive then so called similar items, wallets and tiny bags when I want luggage. Waste of time!

ordered £600 item debited money and then said 1 hour later we have cancelled it but we will keep you money for 5 to 7 days disgraceful - almost criminal - taking money under false pretences

LYST lists stores that OVERPRICE their goods. CETTIRE a store that lists Dr. Marten boots at almost $100. above retail then put them "on sale"...and LYST highlights the store. I will no longer look at LYST recommendations because they apparently don't care which stores they represent.

Please print this. You are not to be trusted in my opinion. You daisplay St. John Pants at £144 for over two weeks on your website, but when one is directed to Gilt the price is £202. When one contacts both you Lyst and Gilt ....you each blame the other for the discrepancy. Not to be trusted.Bad experience.

Lyst lists St John Pants for £144. for over 2 weeks. When one is transferred to Gilt the price is £202. Both blame each other for the discrepancy in pricing. I live in The United Kingdom where the rule of law is that if a price is on an article, then that is the price one pays. Very disappointed in the behaviour of Lyst and Gilt. Lyst tried to be helpful but both Companies not honest with me. Lyst and Gilt to be avoided. Very disappointing. Madeline Egan

Absolutely unprofessional. I enquirer about an item that was limited in stock and Lyst did not make a sense of urgency and suggested that I purchase other items remotely unrelated to what I wanted. After expressing that I wasn’t interested in items that were suggested. Lyst continued with the charade. Totally unprofessional and not intuitive to the needs of customer.
