I spoke to a gentleman named Carl who was just lovely. He understood my issue and moved fast to put it right. Carl needs a wage rise I think. Top notch

Exceptional customer service! Ruth from customer service was helping me with the return every step of the way, always responding very promptly and kindly. Very happy as got my two pair of shoes half price. I decided to return one pair and the return was free!

I turned to you it turns out that by mistake I made an order for River Iceland sneakers I do not know how I came to you I wrote that I made an order and even paid by credit card And the website said the payment was complete And I saw in the credit account that the money went down But they did not send me an email or a tracking number And I do not know what happened to the invitation Dear Carl, helped me a lot and tried to figure out what exactly happened Made inquiries and finally figured out where I ordered from and even sent me a link Who should I be in touch with? Amazing to me even though I am not considered a customer and I did not buy anything from you You have given me such a service I wish everyone was as professional and even nice as Carl He really is a treasure to be cherished Bilha Elias Israelנןךיש

Hi, I was very happy with the costumer service. I was helped by a lady called Ruth, she was replying to my enquiries quickly and patiently for few days in the row. She was contacting a retailer for me. I needed a shoe insole size in cm and she asked for it to be done for me and provided me with an information promptly. She was very friendly and officiant at the same time. I was very pleased.
