I really like my new Clergie Caliente sandals. They are well made and very attractive...high quality leather and thick soles. Comfortable too. Worth the wait for my size.

This website doesn't help negotiate much, they tell you to go forward your inquiry to whichever store you purchase with. Further, all duty and tax are not observed by neither Lyst or the store you shop with. I'm very disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised! I was VERY hesitant to order based on some reviews of this site. I couldn't find these shoes anywhere else in my size so I nervously ordered. I got an email confirmation immediately and the package arrived just a few days later. Thank you (now i have to decide if I am keeping them - I am not sure they look as good on me as I had hoped).

I love how many brands I'm exposed to on Lyst. I have an idea of something I like in my head and usually if I couldn't find it on ASOS or another High St brand I just assumed it was either out there and not affordable or that I would never find it. Lyst has changed that and I have found so many incredible brands at a mid-range price point and of such a high quality. I recommend it to all of my friends.

I looked all season for the perfect coat. When I found it, it was the least expensive at Lyst and the shipping was free. I now have the perfect coat and I got it hassle free from Lyst.

Good service. Filters could work better: wish I could pick a designer, and then apply the 'on sale only' to that specific selection. I also wish I could refine by size: this would save me a lot of disappointment. On the up side, delivery is quick and drama free, and it's easy to return items. The brands listed are much more prestigious than those found on Gilt, but Gilt does a better job at updating their content, keeping their inventory going, and maintaining interest. Still: for me Lyst is the luxe app, while Gilt is the 'diffusion' app. Love the overall design of Lyst (graphic interface and logos) better than Gilt.

I was very impressed by the fast personalized service.The site is easy to navigate and the item I ordered which was a clutch was just as described and pictured.My order was processed very fast considering the item was mailed from France and they did an excellent job with keeping me updated on the processing of my order from start to finish.I definitely recommend this vendor!.

Net - I ordered a BLACK Bally bag. Received an email from Bally thanking me for my order for the FAWN color bag! I immediately contacted Bally, after calling Lyst, both saying, yes, you did order a BLACK Bag. Bally's second call yeilded informaton that no BLACK bags are available-anywhere! Bally's sending me an RMA and refunding my payment. Worst experience I've had in e-Commerce, and I've been an executive in the industry for over twenty years. I could say it better, but the net is, your company needs to get its act together.

Items are superior to those on other sites and there sizing from European to us are defined great. My one only negative review would be that they need to communicate with there sellers on what is or is not in Stock, I ordered something and the seller contacted me telling me it was not available. Was very disappointed. Other than that a fantastic website. Jess.C
