Lyst has been no help in the refund process. They’re seller - Accent - send the wrong size but requires a $60+ return label for a $90 purchase. We will NEVER deal with either party again.

I placed the order on December 12 I still haven’t received my package or no information on my package this is really sad. I’ve been reaching out and no one has not contacted me back yet I sent over 30 emails is that 5 to 7 days shipping I have received nothing. 😖🤯🤬🤬😤

Poor customer service I brought a item the item never came I never received an email I’ve been reaching out for three weeks have not spoken to anyone yet. Bad for business. The whole three weeks I’ve been emailing customer service because they have no phone number it’s just been a computer emailing me back.

Placed an order and did not get an email. When I contacted LYST they kept saying they can not do anything and to contact the company. The company was not able to help. DO NOT ORDER FROM LYST. It is a headache. Finally received the ITEM and I want to return it and the company has no record of it.
