“My Alexis Bittar Order just arrived and it was not packaged properly so that a pair of earrings was damaged. Yet I paid $25 for shipping. It should have been placed in a box and bubble wrapped, instead of a jewelry bag. These were not cheap earrings. I sent an email to return the item. Lets see how long it takes for them to respond. Very disappointed.”

“While it does not appear to be the fault of the folks at Lyst, I ordered an item only to be notified 3 days later that the item could not be located in the seller's warehouse. Why it's being presented as available in the first place then I have no idea. Very deceptive. Inventory should be monitored a bit more thoroughly than that I would think.”

“Love the shoes and was very impressed with how quickly they were delivered. Also, love the price as these shoes were $50 more every other place I looked for them. Will definitely be using Lyst for future orders.”

“My experience with lane crawford was not good. They required verification in order to process my order that was onerous and not wiypthin my technological expertise. Some of us are not as computer savvy as others and unfortunately I am one of them. They missed out on a big sale and I missed out on the mcqeen outfit I wanted. I also felt that their requests was intrusive,”

“I consider myself a Michael Kors connoisseur. I ordered a pair of black and white Michael Kors dress shoes from Lyst.com and the shoes arrived exactly as expected. The shoes are true to size and the style, feel and fit are conspicuous. The design of the shoe is impeccable and I cannot wait until I accessorize them with one of my black and white outfits. I was unaware that this online website existed, but I am very pleased that I discovered a new place to shop for Michael Kor shoes. The entire experience from beginning to end was outstanding. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to pay for high quality apparel items. Have a great day!!!!!”

“Ordered my item and was expecting delivery in 2-5 days. After 8 Darcy's and hearing nothing I sent an email as no phone number was available. After 24 hours of an unanswered email I managed to phone the original supplier to be told there was an issue with stock. Then I find they have cancelled the order and refunded the money with no notification whatsoever! Shocking!!!!!”
