Ordered something last night Woke up this morning told it there was an error order been cancelled Again this morning made another order same error What a joke of a company Contacted lyst customer services who asked me for my order numbers gave them it and absolutely no response what so ever. What a pathetic sham of a company. Please be aware don’t ever shop from these people again

Beyond shocking. Ordered some trainers. After a full week without any shipping confirmation I chased it up to be told the item is out of stock. I was asked do I want a refund?? Well yes!! Took 2 weeks to receive a refund and during this time lyst had also made duplicate pending transaction on my account 3 times already. Even now after a full 34 days after placing my initial order I still have a pending payment for over £400. This company is a total joke and avoid it. Just order directly from a know retailer.

Cancelled my order and didn’t get my refund I ordered it in November it cancelled December 13 and they said 1-5 days the refund would be processed it’s now January and I still haven’t gotten my refund and they keep sending me the same emails over again

I have an order in for Puma Janies and have paid for it through Pay Pal. I ordered what was being advertised and paid for my order then I received message that the shoes were unavailable and a list of other shoes from Puma, which I'm not interested in so wrote to not be shown other items when I was just interested in my paid order. No reply to how long they will keep the money before shoes are available. Also if not available why were they listed for sale. Just waiting to see what happens. C. Church

Found a Valentino wallet on your website. Went to buy it and was unable to check out and pay for it. My wife also tried and experienced the same problem. By the time I received your email the next day, the item was sold out. Too much of a hassle buying from Lyst. Will purchase our luxury items elsewhere.
