Yes I feel cheated!! I ordered a complete cotton suit & got the COD paid in full & when opened the packet, just a 3rd grade rayon kurti that too not of my size. How easy it was for such a branded company to play around with your Good will.

Hi, I was very happy with the costumer service. I was helped by a lady called Ruth, she was replying to my enquiries quickly and patiently for few days in the row. She was contacting a retailer for me. I needed a shoe insole size in cm and she asked for it to be done for me and provided me with an information promptly. She was very friendly and officiant at the same time. I was very pleased.

They advertise some shoes at a price that is not real, the ad is still online after five days of notifying the customer service, which tells me that they cannot be responsible for the advertised prices, but I imagine that they are responsible for verifying that the ads are real. The website should be responsible for what is advertised on it.

Customer service is quick to reply and to provide assistance. My purchases from Farfetch and Jomashop were shipped quickly and items arrived in excellent condition. LYST has been a great app to use in searching for luxury items.

Originally I subscribed to this website because there was a certain style of Timberland Euro Sprint hiker boots I was looking for. I guess Timberland is no longer manufacturing it because wasn't able to find them, but LYST has a huge listing of other options for consideration.
