Worst customer service I have ever experienced! It’s been exactly a week and I keep getting these vague messages that say they will help or talked to the seller and everything is good. Clearly they are just skimming the messages I sent and not reading them completely. I have sent repeated messages to Lyst and the seller and nothing gets resolved. The seller sent the wrong size shoes and lies by saying they will send the return address label and nothing. Then Lyst is saying everything is resolved. Buyer Beware!!

Andrea made me very happy. The Lyst website sent me to VOOX to purchase a sweater that I have been wanting to buy for months—it had finally gone on sale. According to the VOOX website there was only one available and it was in my size. But when I tried to add it to my shopping bag a notice popped up informing me that it was unavailable. I tried several times. I decided to contact Lyst directly. They had helped me in the past. My case was assigned to Andrea and she came through just in time. She sent me the screenshot of the sweater on the VOOX website and it worked. I got the sweater—the last one. Thank you, Andrea, for your help! You’re fantastic!!

I did not understand how the Company worked and I emailed a request for help. I heard from two men who explained things really well. Their responses will bring me back as a customer!

The shoes I bought were beautiful, witha faultless ordering & delivery procedure. Added to that, the Customer service I received from Carl & Ruth was amazing, by finding a resolution to an insurmountable problem after delivery. Top marks all round! 👍

Horrible service I received the wrong size shoe I requested the correct size but no reply and I am still trying to return the wrong size shoe they sent me and I have requested a prepaid label and nothing: horrible service and nothing is being done. I just want the shoe on the right size
