“I like that it lets me keep track of designers and particular pieces that I like. Additionally, it is great for letting me know when an out of season piece that I missed has popped back up - I just got the last one of a top I really regretted not buying last fall.”

“I called Black Halo looking for a very specific romper. She directed me to Lyst. I joined and purchased the romper. AND I received the romper within two days and it shipped for free! Awesome! I'm a loyal shopper and now Lyst is one of my go-tos!!”

“I placed an order on Monday afternoon- from the US. The item was delivered Thursday. Three days later!! There are companies that are in the US that take two weeks and more to get packages delivered and offer no information about the process of your order and I had this one in three days with communication every step of the way and all the tracking info I could ever need. I am pleased beyond belief.”

“Very poor, I bought a pair of pants in my size and then found out it was not available in my size. Don't list product sizes if you dont have them in stock. Will most likely not buy through list again.”

“Unfortunately my experience was not very good with Lyst. I ordered a dress the other day, received a confirmation from Lyst for the correct dress and a confirmation from Alexander for the same dress in the wrong color. I smiled Lyst immediately after receiving the confirmations. Lyst said I have to contact Alexander Wang to see if the dress was coming in the right color or not? I still wanted the correct dress. I had to wait until morning to contact Alexander Wang after attempting to find my order via the Alexander Wang order number on their online site failed. Alexander Wang was VERY rude. Accused me of ordering it wrong. Could not promise they could cancel the order. More or less my problem. I was so irritated by this point I did not want the $700 dress! I am not sure I will ever use Lyst again. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.”

“I placed my first and only order with Lyst earlier this week. When I received my order confirmation email it was for a completely different item. I ended up having to cancel the order altogether and place my order with a different company so I could receive the correct item. Not a good experience.”

“Just wondering the negative comment abouth the super late shipment and bad services. Because I am satisfied with the service and the shipment. I ordered the top at night and I got the shipment tracking number in the next morning. Got my purchase just today (3days delievery). This is worth it :)”
