“I was a little confused when the total price of what I ordered was quoted by Lyst at a different price than what Shoescribe quoted. Also, the tax charge didn't appear until I received the invoice; this total price (taxes included) was lower than the price quoted by Lyst, which is a good thing if it turns out all well. Still, this kind of system with no explanation has the tendency to make this customer a little suspicious and wary of placing an order. This was the first time I have ordered through Lyst. Thank you.”

“This is an an amazing vendor. I have rarely been so pleased with the level of efficiency that was employed in the filling and shipping of my order. The discount that I received on the retail price from the originating merchant was wonderful. In my opinion, Lyst.com is a truly valuable service and I will not hesitate to recommend this site to my friends and acquaintances. Five stars are not enough. For people with a passion for hard-to-come-by designer items, this site is a lifesaver and a pleasure to find online. “Lyst is amazing. I love how I can follow things and then get an email when it is on sale or back in stock. I also really love how I can now purchase things directly from list. The only downside to this is that I could not recently use a department store card (Saks) when I was buying something. I did not have that option and that was frustrating because I get points from department store purchases.”

“Placed an order through Lyst from another vendor. Received confirmation email. Package never showed up. Never received a shipping notice from FedEx at my residence. Figured something must be wrong, and tracked it -- package returned to sender by FedEx 10 days ago. Never had any notification from FedEx, and no contact from the shipper. No product, no refund, no contact, no notice. A mysterious shopping experience at best.”
