“You have to follow up with your order multiple times and customer service team gets back to you really late. Your order is not confirmed when you purchase, then when it’s sent to the actual retailer, the credit card number is wrong. Your order then gets canceled and you get super delayed responses from Lyst not giving you any information or being of any help. Horrible experience.”
