I tried to make my first purchase on Lyst and unfortunately the item I tried to buy was back ordered everywhere. The customer service I received was amazing! I was contacted promptly that my order would not be able to arrive in the time frame I needed it by and a refund was issued quickly. I even received a follow up to make sure everything went okay. The whole experience made me happy and I will be buying from them in the future!

Site is a joke. Sent me a link to a page that is not even alive then so called similar items, wallets and tiny bags when I want luggage. Waste of time!

Whats wrong is item has been paid for $72 to a site redirected to from your site and now you want to distance yourselfs from that’s what wrong

I didn’t buy anything yet, but am happy with the most timeous response I ever got anywhere (especially on a Sunday) when I enquired about currency conversion. You are the greatest Team Lyst 🙌🏾

ordered £600 item debited money and then said 1 hour later we have cancelled it but we will keep you money for 5 to 7 days disgraceful - almost criminal - taking money under false pretences

If items are out if stock, then they should be removed from the Site. Extremely frustrating and disappointing not to purchase this item….

LYST lists stores that OVERPRICE their goods. CETTIRE a store that lists Dr. Marten boots at almost $100. above retail then put them "on sale"...and LYST highlights the store. I will no longer look at LYST recommendations because they apparently don't care which stores they represent.

Actually, it just became rather annoying. Too many emails and I could never find local suppliers in Australia. Everything was based overseas. So I decided it was easier just to delete my account isnstead of having another app there just sitting in my phone that I’m not using while it havests data from my phone.. I’m sure it works well for some people, but for me, it wasn’t the right fit. No pun intended…
