I got three pieces of unsolicited junk mail from you before I ever got confirmation that my items had shipped. If you shipped product as fast as you try to get more business, you might get more. But since trying to get every dollar from me is more important to you than customer service, I see little reason to do further business with you. Oh and I can't review the product because this review even showed before the shipping confirmation let alone my actual receipt of the product POOR Not like you even read these to begin with

Love Lyst! What a cool site - I love how I can choose my designer preferences and the amount of choices available. Very easy shopping experience and I will definitely recommend Lyst to all my family and friends!

Your product is very nice, your layouts are good as well. My only gripe is the price of the items, occasionally I find something I would consider buying. Keep up the nice work you're doing.

I find that the website version of Lyst often stops scrolling when I use ut. I have to refresh the page in order to get it to work again. This happened to me several times during my last use, and it's quite annoying. Also would be good to have more filter options in the mobile app. E.g. I wanted to find a black t shirt. I could select t shirts, then short sleeved t shirts, but then there are no further filters that I can apply. I can do a search for 'black t shirt', but then that seems to give me both mens and womens t shirts.

The cost of the trousers on teh website said £73 but at checkout it said £105 - and no clue given as to who to contact. I found the site very confusing.

To explain, as Lyst works with retailers all over the world the postage cost will unfortunately vary depending on whether the order is being shipped internationally or not. There is a definite problem with your order history. First, I have nothing in my history, I click on order history and your sad face icon tells me I haven't purchased anything yet :(. But thing is, I have in fact placed two orders. Both were from the retailer YOOX. But since I didn't 'register' with them as I was redirected there by LYST, they too have zero record of my two purchases in their order history for me. I had to phone them and thankfully they had me on their computer but not on their site. I don't understand how you can have a shopping website that has no order history if you are redirected to a different retailer's store and not from you site's inventory. The history record should still be there and it should be easier to find. Also, It was difficult to navigate or to find my account info. Always Keep it simple, put "your account" somewhere in the side bar. It took me a long time to realize my account info was on the very top of the side bar. I thought it was just there to let me know it's me and I'm logged on. Here's another thing you can do that "revolve" a shopping sight I found by accident does. Listed Underneath each clothing item are the sizes that are still available. It's a huge time saver. As far as recommending you to a friend, I would definitely recommend your site. It's good in many ways. It could be great with just a little tech improvements. Navigation is as important as the amazing resources you provide. That's your strongest area. Tech could improve.
