My Lyst customer service rep directed me to the right channel to make a return. The rep responded promptly and courteously - and took my request seriously and offered help. I am very happy with the service I received.

I received the wrong item and didn’t get a response from the seller. I asked if Lyst could intervene. I soon received a message from the seller. They sent the correct item and it fits perfectly!

Great customer service by Carl!!! He resolved my issue regarding a dress I purchased that was confirmed at the wrong color. Fast and reliable service is hard to find. But Lyst surpassed all my expectations!!!!
