Apparently your connections tend to be unreliable. I ordered two pair of heels through Lyst from XOOY and one of the pairs wasn't in stock, so a substitute pair was ordered in its place without my knowledge to accept or reject. In this case I didn't want the substitute and would have picked another pair had I been informed. I found out about the subbing after the order had been sent to XOOY for confirmation that it was received for processing. I tried to correct this mess up in an email to XOOY, but it some how got lost or ignored. Either way, I now have to use the return process to correct this matter. I know these things happen from time to time in all business transactions, but this time it was me and I'm a bit leery about using your services again, at least right now.

I ordered a pair of 288.00$ h by Hudson only to get charged then recieve an email that my order was declined. They emailed me 4 days later after I emailed them that I haven't even received an email on how to track my package, Then to top it off my refund email receipt stated they refunded my full amount of 188.00 FYI didn't I say I PAID 288.00$ this site may have great clothes but I rather buy in my own region... Hint I actually paid 119.00 for the same boots this site is unexceptable.????????????????????????

Hi Rondell, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for any confusion. To explain when an order is placed on Lyst.com it is sent directly to the retailer for process and dispatch. The prices are set by the retailers themselves and Lyst is unable to amend these prices in anyway. I can confirm that the shoes went on sale at $116.95 just after you placed your order and as the price was then incorrect, the order failed to ensure you were not overcharged. Please be assured that your order was cancelled automatically and you were not charged for this transaction. I can confirm this technical issue has now been resolved by our engineers and the shoes are now displaying at the correct price. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you PAY for expedited shipping, you should GET expedited shipping. Or you should get a refund for the expedited shipping charge. If merchandise is going to take longer than expected to arrive, the customer should be made aware of this BEFORE the purchase.

I can confirm that expedited shipping with this retailer takes up to 4 working days depending on the time that the order is placed. After investigation I can see that you received your order last Thursday which was the 5th working day and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. I am extremely likely to recommend Lyst to a friend or a colleague or anyone else if the subject of clothing comes up in a conversation, that is as long as he's not passionate about the same brand that I buy through Lyst and wears the same size as I wear:~)

Horrible experience. I ordered a Christmas present, or thought I did, only to wake up the next morning to an email saying that my order couldn't be fulfilled. Will never take that chance again and shop here.

Shipment arrived quickly. Shoes are not my size so I marked up the Exchange part for half a size smaller - we'll see if it made sense/if I get the shoes! One comment is that the Exchange paperwork could be clarified - perhaps adding a box within that section where the customer can identify the original item, explain the exchange, and mark the desired item.
