Prices of sale items are always wrong when you go to the retailers site - Lyst advertise item at £34 and retailer page when you to buy is £85! 😡

I received the wrong item and didn’t get a response from the seller. I asked if Lyst could intervene. I soon received a message from the seller. They sent the correct item and it fits perfectly!

Great customer service by Carl!!! He resolved my issue regarding a dress I purchased that was confirmed at the wrong color. Fast and reliable service is hard to find. But Lyst surpassed all my expectations!!!!

I asked for a size 5.5 you never have it. Instead I get stupid emails sending me sneaker in size 13. Hannah or the robot who sends these emails wade my time. Then they ask if I am happy or send a survey!?!!? Stop you waste my time. Stop stop STOP STOP
