“Was quoted £35 less than original price online once they received my phone. When I went to cancel & return my phone they upped the offer to £20 less than original. Decided to decline, paid the return postage cost & phone was back with me about a week or so later. Didn't have any problems & always had a reply when I contacted them.”

“Ok site and they do pay. However, phone was devalued by £30 but they gave a fair reason although I think it was fair wear and tear.”

“At present I haven't been notified u have recd my phone so I am not sure what stage we are at?! Or how long it will be until I get my funds. It was posted to u 10th march. Checked the royal mail tracker system this afternoon 16.3.17 And it has now been signed for. Just waiting for your conformation e mail. Free post envelope was with me next day so that was good. But at the moment can't comment on anything else.”

“They do not contact you about anything. I.e. Do not let you know phone has been received or when ayment sent”
