“M&S Beehive Cambridge ,what an unpleasant place to shop ,yes food quality is good, but expensive ,freezing cold in there, fresh bakery staff totally unhelpful Indian male when asked for fresh bread rolls was on his mobile phone totally uninterested,eventually said no ,then a fellow customer pointed out some rolls,M&S speak to your staff show them to be more attentive to customer needs, we rarely go into this shop, M&S change your staffs attitude to customers.”
