“ Customer service is abysmal. Been an eBay customer for 20 years. Received belligerent, unfair negative feedback from a buyer who is clearly a total hooligan, and eBay refused to step in and remove it, saying "that they didn’t find the feedback in violation of their policy". EBay policies are becoming its downfall - will be closing my account from 2025 onwards. ”
