“I'm not happy becouse the hole point in me doing this was to get a company called Jacobs...of my back and for them to be on the list but they don't seem to be”

Dear Karen Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear of your situation. We have tried to contact you direct to discuss further and to try help resolve this for you. The solution that you've had approved will include the debts and stop the enforcement action. This agreement is legally binding and you should therefore not receive any further action. Jacobs and the company who instructed them shouldn't be contacting you, but if they are this is something we have no control over. This is likely an error on their part or the company who instructed them. If this is still happening we are more than happy to discuss this further with you and contact them direct to see what is happening. In the meantime, if you have been contacted tell them that you are now in an IVA, it is a legally binding agreement with your creditors and they are now acting without cause.
