The item I ordered was never delivered with the excuse that it was “out of stock”. You guys need to update your website, not a nice thing to buy thing that are not really in stock. What a disappointment.

Your sizing is awful. Even following the chest etc sizes it was far too small. I've been ordering M/L from Rapha for years, and while COVID has not been as kind, they still all fit. The L from MAAP is 1, if not 2 sizes too small.

Sorry to hear the items you ordered weren't the right size, we've recently added the True Fit feature to all items to make it easier to work out sizing equivalents - alternatively please make use of our free returns. Terrible experience this time. I have purchased MAAP twice and both were positive but this time was terrible. I purchased a jersey and two bib shorts. I forgot to put in the bundle option and contacted Customer service right away. The person replied back to tell me it is not possible and seconds later I received an email that products are shipped. It didn’t give me any time to cancelled or reorder the products.

We're very sorry that you have had a bad experience ordering with us. We have had a look and can see you had already applied the Strava Reward discount code to the order and this is why we were not able to give you a further discount. We are sorry for the confusion there, our discounts can never be stacked and the Strava discount worked out a lot better for you. Hopefully, you got our last email where we explained this to you. When you request to cancel an order with us, the MAAP Support team checks and see if it's possible, in this situation the order had already closed off and it was too late to stop it. We are sorry for that! When the order is picked up from the courier at our warehouse and it's scanned in by the courier driver, the tracking takes a little bit of time to travel from the warehouse system back through to our systems. The email we send you does not trigger until it reaches our system which can be a few minutes and sometimes a bit longer after it's been picked up by the courier. This is why when you were speaking to us even though it was too late to stop the order shipping you had not received the email yet. We are very sorry that this was not the best experience for you. We do hope that your future experiences with us continue to be the positive experiences like you have had with us previously. I love MAAP clothes. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience with the service. My order was of high value and I received an email to confirm that it was me who did the order. I replied that it was me almost immediately. It took the person from the service department two days to write another email requesting a copy of my credit card. I did this straight away and then it took another two days for the same person to respond that the order is going to be processed. I appreciate the concerns about the security checks but I was very unhappy about this extremely slow response from your service staff. I felt like this person did not care. I planned it very carefully to be delivered on time for my bike race. This did not happen. If I make a large order I expect a top service. This service was extremely poor. I finally received the order over 10 days after I orfered it.

I bought a new jersey. But It doesn't look new product at all. 'Women's emblem pro lilac ash color.' This jersey has quite many wrinkled and strong smell of laundry soap. And backside fabric and stitch is gone. Zipper line is losen. I find it gets dirty. It doesn't look new one at all. It has many signs someone used it and washed it SEVERAL TIMES!!! Please look at the pics as below. It's absolutely ridiculous!! I am in Korea and maap does not shipping directly here, so the exchange or refund process is very difficult to me. I am asking refund or credit for the same amount for the product.

Unfortunately it was poor. I was too large for all of your riding clothes (196cm, 110kgs). So had to return my riding jacket. I was unable to this at the store, so had to pay to pay to get stock sent, antoher $20 for auspost. On top of my other postage paid. Costly and ineffective process.

I received a gift voucher for my birthday and the only way to redeem it isvia the online shopping portal. This is extremely frustrating: on line shopping is great if you know exactly what you want, but mostly people like to see the article before purchasing.. touch and feel and fit to make sure the sizing is correct etc. So in this instance I still went to shop but couldn't buy anything... neither could I do a "click and collect" - even though the store had what I wanted to purchase and in my size. In my opinion this is an archaic shopping experience ... further exasperated by me having to go home and order on line (when I could have picked up from the store) and then on top of it all, I had to pay a delivery fee... grrrr so no, not a great experience. Thankfully the actual articles are great

Only given an option of express post @ $20. Then waited 9 days to be delivered. Comparison, wine delivered in 4 days @ $10. It was a pair of riding gloves that ended up costing with freight $135. Hardly a worthwhile experience.

I brought at pair of knicks and Maap would not fulfil order. Firstly the said issue with payment. Then they said l was getting a refund. If there was an issue with payment how then do l get a refund. Their story kept changing. I thought an order was an legal binding contract. Apparently not. The order even reached my town only to be diverted at the last minute. Not good enough

never received the order, package is stuck in Nederland for 3 weeks, I've paid 280€, and I am asked to wait for DPD to admit they've messed up to get a refund... Clearly not what I expected from Maap, lost a very very loyal customer here...

Terrible product sizing for athletes, customer service is basically non existent. Good luck if you try to arrange a refund, exchange or even to get your calls and messages responded to.

After taking several weeks to be delivered- the Jersey is too small. I’ve sent it back only to be told I have to purchase something else as you won’t refund. Now have to wait for the jersey to be returned and a credit given so I can get another jersey which by the time I receive it - I will no longer need it. Ridiculous. I won’t buy from Maap again and will tell other rider of my experience.

I am not really a huge fan of MAPP clothing for women - I am larger on top and I find that the MAAP tops are made for women with smaller tops - they really aren't suitable for me so I have switched brands.
