“The jersey is very comfortable although the sleeves are very long, approx 5 -8cm needs to be taken off from the cuff. I had to buy a large in order for it to fit, but the womens sizing is not so great in that it does not take into consideration different body types and the large has long arms and long torso.”

“Quick delivery However, it is a bit troublesome to click back HKD every time after refreshed. Also, the size chart doesn’t match mine. Need 2 size down as compared with recommendation. Luckily I tried at shop before.”

“Customer Service always excellent. I choose MAAP products because they are mostly good quality, and no other brand appeal’s aesthetically. I say mostly good, as my gloves have started fraying after a month or so of use”

“I recently had an experience with MAAP, and while the product quality was great, the shipping process left much to be desired. The delivery speed was quite slow, and the only shipping option available was DHL. Unfortunately, DHL's shipping fees and taxes are significantly high. It would be great if MAAP could consider expanding logistics partners to include more affordable options.”

“The delivery was speedy and the products are great – I'm only leaving 4 stars because the products came in plastic packaging and each item was wrapped in its own plastic bag. Cut out the excess plastic and use paper envelopes! Other than that, stellar service.”

“I have tried various other brands such as PNS, Assos, Black sheep but Maap products fit me the best and always felt high quality. However recent changes made it slightly more difficult to shop such as free shipping only for purchases over $500 instead of $250 and increase of almost $60 after chnaging from AUD to local currency. That left a bad taste in my shopping experience hence the deduction in stars”

“Found the online experience good. The sizing I find a little smaller than Rapha. I’ve now ordered pair of medium and a pair of large bibs as I’m borderline. Currently recovering from open heart surgery so it’s a nice little thing to look forward to pulling on out on the road. Thank you”

“Long sleeve jersey was good and it works well under hot sunny conditions. I used it on my TT bike and had slight abrasion on my elbows. The material was not ultra soft (compared to Rapha) to prevent abrasion. But it would be perfect for long hot days on the road bike drop bars. Pricey for a jersey.”
