“Had trouble with the sizing function on the website (wouldn’t work initially with chrome browser). Sizing in body chest and arms is good but garment length (jersey) is a little short, pockets quite high to reach into.”

“Just did my first long ride in my new bibs, 7 hours in the saddle no issues at all, super comfortable and the side pockets are a game changer allowing quick access to your phone and gels etc.”

“Not good! Purchased 2 cargo bibs from mid-year sale. One of the bibs has elastic fabric fibers sticking out from the inside of the leg grippers, which is quite concerning given the high quality and standards I have come to expect from MAAP products. I believe this will affect the functionality of the bib and hence lodged a fault report with MAAP Support on 16th June. However, it's been over a week since, and no solution is forthcoming except for an auto-reply. I have always been satisfied with the quality of your products, which is why I am particularly disappointed with this purchase. Fault report #194218”

“The actual size of Women's Alt_Road Ride Tee 3.0 and Women's Alt_Road Ride LS Tee 2.0 are much bigger than the same size of Women's Prime Jacket or Women's Alt_Road Thermal Vest. Too bad.”

“Ordered a couple of short sleeve alt road shirts. Went with Xl. I am 58, 176cm and 85kg. Quality appears very good. Super comfy. Keeps me warm on cold winter rides of around 11 degrees. So far so good.”

“The team at MAAP have always been extremely helpful in-store by assisting with pragmatic reccomendations and offering coffees to my surprise. I cant fault the kit at all so far, everything seems to be made to the highest standard. One thing I would love to see in the range is a dedicated high visibilty jacket with high reflectivity as I have recently come off my bike with decent injuries and my partner insists I wear something brighter moving forward compared to the navy/black kit. It would be cool to see a product which blends MAAP style with high vis functionality. Cheers, Daniel”

“I ordered two things. I was notified that my order was in the post and would be delivered Friday. Thursday I received an email saying that one of my items was out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving it. They gave me a 10% coupon for my next order which a) didn't work b) wouldn't cover the $20 shipping on my next order c) no more vests in my size were in stock. Furthermore I email them asking me to reissue a functioning 10% voucher and cover the shipping on my next order. Crickets. Very unhappy at how this situation was managed. Tried calling the number and couldn't get through.”

“The quality on your products is great. I usually by your product through my local bike shop, However my first experience with your company was purchasing in your sale. You over sold the item and no one informed me of this. I only found out when it arrived with missing product and no explanation why it wasn’t there, I had to call you customer services to find out it was on back order with no idea of when it would be restocked. I understand sales are a busy period, but all that was needed was some communication that it was out of stock. As I said before the products are great, but the customer service fell short for me with this experience.”
