“This month, I purchased a year's worth of cycling apparel both in-store in Melbourne and online. I bought several short-sleeve and long-sleeve jerseys, a few pairs of bibs, as well as accessories like jacket, vests, and leg warmers for winter use. The experience has been excellent, and there were discounts as well. However, I would like to ask why the one-piece cycling suits have been discontinued. I want to buy a men's one-piece cycling suit, but I can't find it either in-store or online.”

“Purchased sun sleeves, I was concerned about buying correct size after being caught out before as being a cyclist I don't have massive upper arms. After reaching out to customer service to get more detail about sizing like circumference of upper and lower part was told, Ciara (MAAP Support) to order same size as jersey(large). Which I did purchase that size. My fears were confirmed are sleeve is too loose at top. I don't feel that I could downsize as I am struggling to get bottom part over wrist and a smaller size would exacerbate this situation. Very disappointing from what I consider a premium priced product. I am left with option of modifying top part to make product at least useable. At least more sizing information on the website would have prevent this from happening as I would have realised the product does not suit my body shape.”

“Delivered fast. Sizing is smaller than expected ; I was predicted a medium for a looser fit and it is very compressive, feels like seams may rip on the bib. Disappointed by how tight the arm sleeve is at bottom too.”

“Fast shipping. Quality materials. Fit is a little weird with incredibly long arms relative to the torso that I've never experienced with any other brand. I have to roll up the sleeves as a result. Otherwise, it's a great thermal jersey that had me toasty the other night riding in 16 degree C weather with no other top layers.”

“I really wish MAAP used an e-commerce system that dealth with taxes and duties. I got my items, paid taxes for them via DHL, and have to go through a convoluted process to reclaim my taxes via DHL because of wrong sizing and the need to return some items. As of writing I'm still waiting for my returns to be processed so I can submit documentation proof to get my tax refund.”

“I bought a size S prime jacket during mid year sale Jacket turns out to be a bit tight and I wanted to exchange. Current policy is to refund and purchase again with store credit. This process is ok. I dont like is the payment for the postage”
