After purchasing many items from MAAP in the past my recent buy last week was very disappointing. The quality of the jersey was no way close to previous jerseys I have bought in the past. The cut and the material was not up to previous standards.

My package was sent wrong by you. I did write my address correct and you sent it wrong, to another state in Mexico. I now have to pay a lot o money to rethrive the package

The Designs recently are not adopting and improving. I started to notice that the design and Concepts is not progressing and sometimes I dont lnow if MAAP has a proper design team. The Material is not Ok as well as I compare it to a PAS Normal. Over all, I think MAAP is not evolving when it comes to its designs.

I have emailed Maap about my medium sized grey evo team bibs, as they are transparent in the backside. This has been very embarrassing and I expected better quality and customer service from Maap.

Recieved a jersey from you that was dirty when I removed the packaging - I took photos and sent them to you at. As yet I have not recieved any response. So at this point in time NOT HAPPY

I waited for a year for the LITP kit to drop. I ordered same size as usual and found sizing changed and colour knicks were closer to white than grey. I contacted maap by email and found all stock was gone. So as a member of LITP I missed out on what I wanted, i missed out on my 20 percent member discount on second purchase and had to pay expensive shipping and I spent 230 bucks. Sorry I have been a supporter of the brand but there is better quality and value now elsewhere. I tried to phone to try and promptly sort but there is only international phone number on the site now

I got a request for feedback before getting the products. I submitted a support ticket and got a request for feedback before getting any support. Constantly getting bombarded for feedback without actually getting any product or service is cluttering my mailbox and a waste of my time.

Dissapointed. I recently purchased bib pants from MAAP and, unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming. Based on the sizing guide, I initially ordered a Large, but they were far too small and had to be returned. I then opted for an XL, but it wasn’t until I wore them on a ride that I realized these too were still uncomfortably tight, rendering them non-returnable. Beyond the sizing issues, the quality and comfort left much to be desired: Chamois Discomfort: The padding is uncomfortable, especially when walking, and pales in comparison to other brands like Pedla or even more budget-friendly options like Neopro. Material Quality: The fabric feels rough to the touch and on the skin, making the bibs unpleasant to wear. Irritating Stitching: The stitching is very prominent and causes skin irritation during rides. Quad Tightness: The leg grippers are overly tight and abrasive, much more so than other brands I've tried. Overall, I would give MAAP bib pants a 1/5 rating. I cannot recommend this product to fellow cyclists and will not be purchasing from MAAP again.

Not accomodating change of address. Would not cancel order. Said the system does not allow. My order arrived to old address which I received and had one of two items missing. Then got a refund. So it is possible on the system.

I’m from Canada and I ordered a beautiful jersey cost me 250 euros and 94 Canadian duty but the jersey is a medium a d I would need a size large on the site it’s say free return or exchange for full price item so I ask for exchange for a large but now I have to pay the shipping fee to Australia. And duty again to ship it back to me way to expensive I won’t order agai n

This jersey ran much smaller than other Medium sized MAAP jerseys. Worst is that MAAP never refunded me or issued a store credit for this purchase and it’s been complete radio silence after numerous emails. As a long time MAAP customer, I’m baffled by this and would avoid shopping with this brand again.

I requested a refund of a number of items because the website Prevented me from obtaining a refund and instead Provided only a store credit. Despite numerous emails explaining that this was not acceptable because I lived in a city without a maap store (and accordingly the only way for me to try on items was to order multiple sizes and return the sizes that didn’t fit), I received no response. I nevertheless sent the items back and requested a full refund. I have not received a refund for the additional items. Maap has stolen my money and lost my trust.

Been waiting ONE WEEK and still waiting for my $20.00 Express Post delivery. Not good enough !! Bad customer service. Nobody answers phones. Chat lines are slow and useless. Very unimpressed.

Following an inbound email that my leg warmers were back in stock (in black) I promptly ordered them. I was sent a blue pair. I followed the return procedure and no size small in black. I sent an email. No response other than an auto reply. Sent another email ...now business day 12...phoine messages left ....crickets....I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please.
