“I ordered this sweater originally in mid October. I was sent a tee shirt instead. After some back and forth with customer service, I shipped the tee shirt back so they could send me what I ordered. After a month I received the same incorrect tee shirt again. Customer service has been pretty poor and for a premium brand I would have expected way better. It's a shame. I like the clothes a lot, but this will likely be my final purchase from Maceoo.”

“Purchased a trench coat for my boyfriend, it was too small for him and you didn’t have a larger size. The other colors available do not work for him. I requested a refund and was given a gift card instead. Customer service advised it was because I used the $20 welcome promo on the order. Had I known that this promo would interfere with a return and refund, I would have NEVER used it. It was certainly not worth the $800 that I have now lost. I’m disgusted with how this was handled and I’m done shopping with this brand because of it. We have spent A LOT of money here in the past, clearly there’s no appreciation for your customers. Not to mention the presentation of this package, the jacket was thrown in a box with a piece of packing paper. Most luxury brands would have tried a little harder for a great presentation on arrival.”

“The service from Maceoo after my last few interactions has been nothing but lack luster. No response from sent emails, hasty email responses from Maceoo, and the website has inaccurate clothing material information so when you order a $188.00 shirt it shows up not matching the material description. Then it is a pain to do a return as Maceoo wants your money but does not want to give it back if you return a item that does not match the online description. Also, my favorite shirt that i have purchased from Maceoo so far faded in the underarms after 3 short term wearings. Clothing is cleaned according to directions between each wear. Very disappointing with the overall service and quality of material so far.”
