I thought there might have been an issue with a gift card delivery, and when I contacted customer service, they promptly opened a case into the matter and Nancy provided wonderful communication throughout the process. When it turned out that the gift card was delivered to a neighbor of the recipient and returned to the recipient, I contacted customer service again to let them know, and again, Nancy was excellent in helping with that process.
